Shipping & Delivery
Depending on the hardware ordered shipping may take 1-2 weeks on average. Custom orders or specialized products may take 4-6 weeks.

Standard orders will be delivered via ground with expedited options shown during the checkout process.

Please note that international orders being sent outside of Canada may experience delays or additional cost at customs. Please include all accurate and relevant information when entering your delivery information. Here is some information to help:

• Use a physical address whenever possible, postal or rental boxes are often not delivered to.
• For description of products please state ‘Consumer electronics’.

Aretas can not be held responsible for undelivered, misdelivered, delayed, damages or other issues while in transit with shipping companies. We will help put you in touch with the shipping provider of choice to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.

Exchange Policy

              * No returns accepted on products. Exchange available within 45 days of purchase on manufacturer defects only.
 If product is defective, please place the hardware back in the box and contact customer service directly at [email protected] with all relevant details. Your representative will guide you through the exchange process. Customer is responsible for paying all taxes and import fees that arise from the exchange.
When sending international returns to Canada please include the following information on the shipping documentation / waybill to avoid customs issues.
