Refund policy

To arrange for a return, use the contact form or email team-aretas@aretas.ca. We can only accept returns of unused products, within 30 days of receipt. There are no returns accepted for custom orders. If the product is defective, please contact us for instructions. All returns are credited by the original payment method within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any product. If you have any issues we'll do our best to help you out.
